Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of purchase. Because items are fulfilled through our network of trusted suppliers, processing may occasionally take a little longer during high-demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
- Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on the supplier and destination
- We currently ship only within the United States
Multiple Packages
If your order includes items from different suppliers, it may arrive in multiple packages, sent separately and at different times. This is normal — you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high order volume. We'll notify you if we expect a significant delay to your order.
